How It Works: Step-by-Step e-SPGA Application Flow

1. Step 1: Application Purchase & Payment

   • Select this service and proceed to checkout to pay the RM 100 non-refundable administrative fee.

   • Note: This fee covers eligibility verification, document review, and e-SPGA system submission.

2. Step 2: Instant Direct Redirection to WhatsApp

   • Upon successful payment, your screen will show a order confirmation with a "Contact Admin via WhatsApp" button.

   • Clicking the button will open a WhatsApp chat with our Alnora Gold Admin, pre-filled with your Order ID for instant verification.

3. Step 3: Document Submission via WhatsApp

   • Our Admin will request the following documents via WhatsApp to review your eligibility:

     • IC Copy (Front & Back)

     • Latest 3 Months Payslips

     • Latest 3 Months Bank Statements

     • Surat Pengesahan Jawatan (Employment Confirmation Letter)

4. Step 4: Eligibility Check & e-SPGA Submission

   • Our team will evaluate your debt ratio (ensuring total deductions do not exceed the 60% limit).

   • Once approved internally, we submit your details directly to the ANGKASA e-SPGA system and guide you through completing the final BPA 1/79 form for salary deduction authorization.

5. Step 5: Order Confirmation & Delivery

   • After ANGKASA approves your salary deduction, your selected gold purchase is officially finalized and dispatched to you.
